Went for my first run in two and a half weeks. Did 5km at very slow pace. Just trying to make sure that the ankle/shin didn't start complaining. Got through it okay. Probably will try another 5km on Friday and then something a bit longer on the weekend.
Great idea to start slowly! Hope you can run pain free this week-end too.
